How To Open A Rimowa Account?
To open an account on RIMOWA.com, follow these steps:

For suitcases purchased from January 1st, 2023, and onwards, an NFC tag located behind the telescopic handle can be scanned to begin the registration process. This also allows access to a digitalized Ownership Certificate. The Ownership Certificate is a unique digital identity card for the RIMOWA suitcase stored on the Aura Blockchain Consortium platform, and can be accessed anywhere in the world.

Rimowa Return Policy?
At RIMOWA, the return policy allows for products to be returned within 30 days of receiving the merchandise for a full reimbursement or exchange, given that the merchandise is complete, unused, and undamaged. This applies except where indicated for certain special promotions.
However, select products, such as luggage tags, cannot be returned when hot-stamped, purchased individually or in addition to a suitcase. For limited editions (special offers which are limited in time such as RIMOWA brand collaborations), returns are accepted within 14 days from receiving the merchandise for a full refund, under the condition that the merchandise is complete, unused, and undamaged.
Return shipments are only accepted from the same country to which the merchandise has been delivered. To initiate a return, one can create a new RIMOWA account or log in to an existing account to process returns online, call the customer service center, or email the customer service team.
Please note that there may be a period of 10 to 14 days between receipt of the returned merchandise and reimbursement of the purchase price. The purchase price of the returned merchandise will be reimbursed to the purchaser and holder of the credit card or account used for the purchase. The sum will be reimbursed in the same currency as the purchase. Any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
